Hi All,
Due to some confusion in naming (pip install pythonIoc doesn't get you what you expect) we have renamed pythonIoc -> pythonSoftIOC.
There is also a 3.1 release that enables pvAccess record access via QSRV.
The updated locations:
The old links will redirect to the new locations.
Thanks,
Tom

Subject: pythonIoc is now a python package rather than an EPICS support module
Hi all,
I have made a new 3.0 release of pythonIoc, with the following changes:
- It is now a python package on PyPI (pip install softioc)
- It uses the epicscorelibs python package to provide the EPICS libraries (EPICS 7.0.4)
- It supports asyncio as well as cothread
The docs are here:
I will be giving a talk on Wednesday at the EPICS collaboration meeting giving more details:
Thanks,
Tom
