Dear Mark,

Thank you very much for your reply. I tried to collect with /home/marccd, and /home/marccd/Documents, It still didn't work. The /home/marccd/Documents should have write permission, because we had written data in this fold before with BluIce.

&gt; You are telling marccd to save files to /home/.  I suspect that the marccd account does not have write permission to /home/.  Try writing to /home/marccd, or some other directory where marccd does have write permission.
