This first release of the 0.2.x series includes both bug fixes and new
features.  See the release notes for details.  This release does include
incompatible ABI changes, so dependent code needs to be recompiled.
It also includes the minor incompatible change to the server credentials
API which is discussed here [1].

Beginning with 0.2.0, PVXS releases will be accompanied by source and
binaries uploaded to pypi.org as the 'pvxslibs' python package [2].

'pvxslibs' is used by the 4.0.0a1 pre-release of P4P which I've also
uploaded to pypi.org.  This is a port [3] of P4P from pvAccessCPP to PVXS,
including p4p.gw (aka. PVA gateway).  I think this code is now ready
for general testing.  I would be grateful to learn of any test results,
whether successful or otherwise.
