Experimental Physics and

Another small release.  Fixes some previously unusable
template methods of pvxs::shared_array.  Also adds a
builder for NTEnum.  Believed to be ABI backwards
compatible back to 0.1.0.

This release also changes the public headers to include
<iosfwd> instead of <ostream>, which may necessitate
some added #include s in dependent code.

Also, this will likely be the last release before 0.2.0,
which will include quite a few API additions and compatible
changes, but also a small incompatible change in how Server
presents peer credentials.  For details see:
