Hello!

Thank you very much for re-hosting the excellent documentation! However,
it seems the download links, at least for 2-2 tarballs, aren't
available. i.e.
https://epics-sequencer.sourceforge.io/releases/seq-2.2.9.tar.gz gets me
a 404 error.
