To convert .adl files to .opi, I want to download a converter, such as CS-Studio.  But the web site (http://download.controlsystemstudio.org/release/4.5/) cannot be found this week (at least).  That's the URL provided by the *Other Versions* link from https://www.controlsystemstudio.org/download/.  Here is the message received:

This site can’t be reached
download.controlsystemstudio.org’s DNS address could not be found. Diagnosing the problem.

How to reach the goal of converting .adl to .opi?  Already have conversions for .edl, .bob, ui (caQtDM).  This is the one remaining to complete.
