Hi all,
When using cainfo from the command line one piece of information displayed is "Access" such as "read, no write". This information is not displayed when using pvinfo.
Is there anything already available with EPICS 7/pvAccess that can do a quick check on the command line as to whether or not you have write access to a given EPICS 7 PV, without just trying a put and seeing if it fails or not.
Thanks,
Jesse
