Hi Heinz,

I was hoping that Sky or somebody with more in-depth knowledge would reply, but let me try nevertheless. I think you need to define the RBV as an independent PV. The "archive fields" that are show in your screenshot are considered as metadata and sampled only periodically, and not monitored as the "main" PV.
So, your archiver configuration should have:

FHIFEL:M11T
FHIFEL:M11T.RBV

Both separately. The the .RBV would be archived as you expect, setting a monitor on that field.

I am quite confident that this is the issue but to be honest I am a bit on thin ice with the details. I hope somebody else can pitch in and confirm or correct what I wrote.

Timo

Hi Yong,
Thank you for your e-mail.
When I search for FHIFEL:M11T* it looks like this:

And the fields are only displayed in the detail view:

We are probably running a very old version:
EPICS Archiver Appliance Version 0.0.1_SNAPSHOT_09-October-2018T15-49-47

But exact same behavior/dislay with EPICS Archiver Appliance Version d3dd9cc-2022-08-08-aav-fel_SNAPSHOT_28-August-2023T20-42-51

Thanks for the information,
Heinz

P.S.: When I make such a call, the fields data is displayed in the json structure:
