New oac-tree release v1.3

Hi all,
We have published a new official version (v1.3) of the oac-tree bundle, referring to tagged commits of each package. See https://github.com/oac-tree/oac-tree-bundle/blob/master/VersionInfo for all the tags of this bundle.
Documentation was also updated: https://oac-tree.github.io/oac-tree-docs/

This release contains:

• Minor fixes (e.g. compiler warnings)
• Support for documentation entries in variable/instruction registries, allowing user interfaces to automatically display these
• GUI changes:
• The GUI now includes a new editor that lets you view and edit multiple sequences side by side.
• The NodeEditor also introduces an experimental mode that visualizes the execution flow in real time.
