Error in accessing USB based DSO via E5810B Gateway

Hello,

I am trying to access a USB based DSOs (Tektronics TDS 2014B or Agilent 
DSO1024A) using Keysight/Agilent E5810B Ethernet gateway. My connection 
string is as follows:
vxi11Configure("L2", "10.42.0.10", 0, "0.0", 
"usb0[1689::872::C039225::0]", 0, 0)
However, on starting the IOC, I am getting following errors/warnings:

L2 vxiBusStatus error VXI: operation not supported
2026/09/16 16:14:42.685 L2 asynGpib:srqPoll srqStatus error error

There is no response from following record:

Corresponding stream protocol:

GPIB and serial ports of E5810B are working correctly with EPICS. Also, 
the DSOs are responding when they are directly accessed using PyVISA-py 
library.
Kindly guide me.
