Actually I'm working towards R3.14.11 next; the 4-digit releases generally
mean that we fixed a major bug in the very-recently-released 3-digit one but
added no new functionality. CVS currently has a few new things in it so a
4-digit release is not appropriate.
APS has a shutdown coming up in April/May, and if possible I'd like the
release out by mid-April so we can upgrade our IOCs then. This will have
some interaction with the Codeathon, but I haven't worked out how yet.
I guess this is my first announcement of that timetable, does anyone have any
comments?
