Sounds ok, but I suspect that you are hoping that there is an implementation of the "client remembers what IOC it used to be connected to" change for that release? I reserve an option to whine depending on how cleanly that can be implemented :-). I could have a look at that and give you an estimate if you are interested. 

It might also be interesting to implement an experimental 64 bit native windows build for this release.
