Well since Mark Rivers seems to be happy with the 'Very slow reconnection to
medm' fix that you sent him I'm not too worried about that, so you're
probably off the hook for this release.

We may have one little problem with that, somebody picked WIN32 as the OS
class name for Windows. However that's cosmetic and can be ignored.
I have no objection to adding that as another architecture, although I don't
think Janet has access to a Win64 system yet, so we can't help you with
debugging it. Note that several of our Perl scripts/modules have tests for
($^O eq "MSWin32") so you may have to make changes there if Perl uses a
different internal OS name.
