In fact there are lots of failures in the unit-tests.

The tests below which say "Can't spawn" popped up a Windows dialog box saying the program had crashed.  There were also a number of tests which popped up dialog boxes saying an Assert had failed.

I'm puzzled because I would have thought that this configuration was one that was tested on the Jenkins build server at the APS?
