Do you mean in Base or external modules? If Base, then because I wanted
to hear from you first. If external, I don't think this works with
$(OS_CLASS) granularity.

My guess is that it will come down to a mixture of not enough RTEMS/vxworks
builds, with a dose of GNUMake trivia thrown in.
I noticed this when adding a new generated header in pva2pva. At first
I assumed it was a dep. problem on my end. However, while a clean
sequential (not -j) build was always successful. A clean parallel build
would sometimes fail. When it did fail, a sequential rebuild would also
fail. Which is when I noticed the missing '-p'.
This is coming from either RTEMS 4.9.6 or 4.10.2. Both install
'make/host.cfg', and I can't remember the order in which I built them.
