Hi,

We are leaning towards having Monday and Tuesday of the meeting at
Planetstaden, unless they have raised their prices substantially.
 
Wednesday will probably not be a full day, from past experience, and will
be at the ESS site.

I guess you would not go wrong by booking Planetstaden in any case.
Getting to the ESS site is not so complicated that it would be a major
issue (IMO).
 
If you book at Ideon, the lowest price class rooms indeed do not have
windows; just to be aware of.
