Indeed, there are two pvCopy.h, pvData/src/copy/pv/pvCopy.h and

pvDatabase/src/copy/pv/pvCopy.h but both get installed to

$(INSTALL_LOCATION)/include/pv/pvCopy.h. Thus one overwrites the other.

For the moment, I skip pvDatabase. That at least allows to compile again

the rest of EPICS 7.

In case it matters: I have this problem with several gcc versions, e.g
4.8.5 and 6.2.1. Also with clang, but with better error message:

Thus the problem seems to be namespace related. However I could not find
out how to fix it. Using namespace epics::pvDatabase only seems to make
things worse.
