Actually, something must be missing.
Before, the IOC knew about a "pvasr" command.
Now it doesn't.
So I guess the EPICS base build failed a little too early,
and the example IOC simply doesn't contain the PVA server any more.

-> I need a complete set of EPICS base sources that compiles without errors.
