According to the following link, I can see “GitHub Actions usage is free for public repositories and self-hosted runners.”

I also don’t see any github action cost calculation except one private repository.

Still, github/M$ has a better chance of getting $4/month from me

The way I interpret the fine print, using GH actions on public repositories does neither count against the 2000 minutes nor the 500MB shared space that the Free tier includes for *private* repositories.
Which could explain why the usage reports don't show anything. (For me neither.)
