According to the following link, I can see “GitHub Actions usage is free for public repositories and self-hosted runners.”
I also don’t see any github action cost calculation except one private repository.
Han It's also worth noting that for github actions, there is a
listed limit of '2,000 Actions minutes/month' for the Free
tier. Unfortunately, the usage report doesn't show how
much I've used so far. Now that I'm doing Base builds here,
I'll probably find out.
Still, github/M$ has a better chance of getting $4/month from me
than travis-ci has of getting $70/month. imo. travis-ci is
pricing in a way which seems designed to chase off individual
OSS developers.

The way I interpret the fine print, using GH actions on public repositories does neither count against the 2000 minutes nor the 500MB shared space that the Free tier includes for *private* repositories. Which could explain why the usage reports don't show anything. (For me neither.)
Cheers, ~Ralph
