  epicsLoadTest fails when INSTALL_LOCATION is set

Bug description:
  When INSTALL_LOCATION is set, then
  modules/libcom/test/epicsLoadTest.cpp fails because it assumes that
  the EPICS libraries are always installed in ../../../../lib/.

  Bug introduced in commit 6f44f64a.
