Just a heads-up for people using VMS channel access clients.
Recently we upgraded to Multinet 4.0RevB on our VMS systems.  After
this upgrade, we were no longer able to connect with IOCs on the
same subnet and were forced to list IOCs in EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST
until we installed a kernal-update ECO kit from Cisco.  This ECO fixed 
a problem with invalid checksum generation for UDP packets (the error
occurred when they tried to fix some problems with the way Microsoft
does DHCP).
