Hi- did this tool ever get mailed or posted somewhere?  I can't find a reply
to that effect.  I would be interested in looking at it also.

I have a Perl script, which does a variety of data base scanning tasks. 
It takes as arguments
- one or more .db files or
- one or more IOC startup scripts or
- a file which contains a list of all our startup scripts

One of the scanning options is to look for dangling links, i.e. find 
links pointing to a record, which doesn't exist in the set of db files. 
At the moment it doesn't bother with field names in the links, just with 
record names.
Is this what you are looking for?
