Hello, I want to have a target IOC for mvme5100 using cygwin and vxWorks5.5 (Tornado2.2) on Windows XP. My base compile produces only cygwin-x86 binary and library files, such as $EPISC_BASE/bin/cygwin-x86 and $EPISC_BASE/lib/cygwin-x86. There is no vxWorks-ppc604 binary and library for target board. The compile environment is below. - C:\cygwin - C:\Tornado2.2 - C:\epics\base3.14.9 ~ 3.14.11. EPICS environment variables in .bash_profile under cygwin root: - .base_profile : export EPICS_BASE=/cygdrive/c/epics/base-3.14.11 : export EPICS_HOST_ARCH=cygwin-x86 : export WIND_BASE=/cygdrive/c/Tornado2.2 : export WIND_HOST_TYPE=x86-win32 I edited base config files below. - configure/CONFIG_SITE : CROSS_COMPILER_TARGET_ARCH=vxWorks-ppc604 - configure/os/CONFIG_SITE.Common.vxWorksCommon : VXWORKS_VERSION=5.5 : WIND_BASE=/cygdrive/c/Tornado2.2 I have no experience of a cross-compile environment using cygwin and vxWorks. I can't guess this problem. Is this problem the environment variable setting? Will it be able to set up a cross-compile environment with cygwin and vxWorks or not? Awaiting for an response from you, Thanks in advance, With all my regards, Young-gi
