The SC-800 support prints the output of the "IDN?" command during
motor_init() using sprintf().
The "ORG" command gets sent to the controller when a "1" is written to
the motor record's HOMF or HOMR field. This is usually done with a
channel-access client (caput, MEDM, CSS-BOY, caQtDM, EDM). It can also
be done from the IOC's shell using the "dbpf" command:
epics> help dbpf
dbpf 'record name' value
epics> dbpf IOC:m1.HOMR 1
