The June EPICS Collaboration Meeting is coming up quickly. By this day
next month it will already be over, so if you haven't registered to
attend yet you don't have much time left to do so. We are asking
everyone who doesn't work here to have registered for the meeting and
filled in their Argonne Visitor Registration by June 1st, as the Lab
needs time to process and approve your gate-pass.
If you registered but didn't see a follow-up email with the visitor site
details, please check your spam-box. The registration reply email
contains information that is especially important if you are *not* a US
citizen — we can't get you into the Lab if you arrive without having
submitted the Argonne Visitor Registration form in advance.

Please send your talk titles to [email protected] as soon as possible,
and make sure I know if you want to give a 5-minute lightning talk so I
don't schedule you for a 20 minute slot (15 + 5 for questions). There
are still lots of slots available, so to avoid sitting in the auditorium
watching random YouTube Videos, please submit those titles!
Thanks,
- Andrew Johnson
