Hello Mark
Fortunately few minutes later I managed to build the entire package successfully. What I did is that I ran "assembly_synapps.sh" in a different folder than the target one, then I moved the whole package to the target folder and modifying
configure/RELEASE for correct definitions. I think this made the conflict because later I ran "assembly_synapps.sh" inside the target folder and the build process completed successfully.
One more thing is that module dxpSITORO-R1-0 was unable to build due to incorrect dependencies location. I opened the configure/RELEASE file inside it, modified the definitions and the build works successfully. Attached is the modified
RELEASE file for this module.
Thank you very much.
Abdalla.
Hi Abdalla,
Please send the complete output of the command that generated that error. It looks like it is not looking in asyn for include files, but I want to see the exact command.

Hi
I cloned this repo https://github.com/EPICS-synApps/support and ran assembly_synapps.sh , all components are cloned successfully. In the main configure/RELEASE file I modified the support and base locations,
then I ran "make release" then "make" and it started fine until It started building area detector I think where I got multiple errors but all of them saying:
../asynNDArrayDriver.h:4:28: fatal error: asynPortDriver.h: No such file or directory.
#include "asynPortDriver.h"
At the main configure/RELEASE nothing is commented, all modules are included in the build. Am I missing some other configuration?
Best Regards,
