Problem with 7.0.1.1 static built pvget

Good Morning,

I have found what apears to be a bug in the release of base 7.0.1.1.  If 
I build base 7.0.1.1 with STATIC_BUILD=YES, I get the following error 
with pvget when I try to read a PV:
"Unknown provider "pva" for channel TEST:ai1"

If I set STATIC_BUILD=NO, pvget works fine.  If I clone the latest base 
and set STATIC_BUILD=YES then pvget also works as expected.
