Thank you for your email. 

1) We are planning to integrate robotics system into our customer
setup. 
2) Whole equipment at customer sight is integrated trough EPICS.
3) Our robotic system requires EtherCAT based servo control/drive
system. 
4) Controller which is required for our robotics system can be
integrated with beckhoff
PLC and be a slave in the network. 
5) As a part which will integrate our motion system and EPICS we are
planning to use beckhoff PLC. 
6) Questions: What beckhoff PLC at the moment is supported by EPICS?

Could you share more information on your  application to narrow your
query down? 
How is EPICS involved?

I gather your constraint is that you interface to a Beckhoff PLC.
