EPICS 7.0.6.1 Released

The EPICS Core Developers are pleased to announce the availability of this new EPICS release.

This bug-fix release contains bug fixes and some changes in libCom, the IOC, and the pvAccess CA provider. Please see the Release Notes for details. Users of EPICS 7.0.6 on Windows should upgrade to this release to obtain the fix for epicsTimers on non-EPICS threads. Users of the mbboDirect record should also read the specific Record Reference page for additional information about changes to that record type.

The software source code can be obtained from all of the normal locations.

Many thanks to everyone who contributed code, documentation updates, bug reports and testing.
