It seems like something is broken with MultiFrame support on that camera.
There is a better solution than changing ADAravis to eliminate support for MultiFrame. You can change your .template file to eliminate the MultiFrame enum choice. In ADGenICam R1-5 and newer that is supported and it will change MultiFrame
to Continuous if MultiFrame is not supported.

Can you try updating to ADAravis R2-2-1? That provides improved error message handling so we may be able to see
