We are pleased to announce registration is now live for the EPICS Code-a-thon Collaboration Workshop taking place at Diamond Light Source from Tuesday 7^th to Friday 10^th March 2023, with the Core Developer’s meeting taking place on Monday 6^th March 2023.

 

The event is free to attend, but registration is mandatory. To confirm your attendance please register here by the end of Friday 3^rd February 2023.

 

• Overview

• Venue

The event will take place at Diamond Light Source. Please find here details on how to get to Diamond.

• Meals & refreshments

Light refreshments will be provided during the morning and afternoon breaks but you will be responsible to organise and cover the cost of any other meal/refreshment during the workshop. As part of your registration, the a workshop dinner taking place on Thursday 9^th March at a local restaurant will also be included. Please let us know on the registration form if you have any special requirement.

• Accommodation

A number of rooms have been reserved at The Bear Hotel in Wantage. To confirm your accommodation requirements, please complete the relevant question on the registration form. Please note you will need to pay for your own accommodation on departure and it will cost £65 per room per night.

There is no obligation to stay at The Bear Hotel, you are welcome to use an alternative accommodation should you prefer to do so.

• Transport

You are expected to organise and cover the cost of any travel you need to attend this event. For those staying at The Bear Hotel, Transfers between Diamond Light Source and the Hotel will be provided as part of the event organisation.
