I noticed i also cant access https://nsls-ii.github.io/ophyd/ or the pyepics documentation in github.io

It might be something with github?

The master index page at https://areadetector.github.io/master/index.html is working for me; your link seems to have been lower-cased which probably won't work, try this one instead for the NDPluginDriver: https://areadetector.github.io/master/ADCore/NDPluginDriver.html
