I will make a wild guess about what is happening.
After the first time the CAD record is processed
it puts itself into a state such that it is not
processed by the longout record.
Does it change it's scan mechanism?
If it is active or disabled you should see
a message when TPRO is on.
Try nthe following:
reboot
Do a dbpr
"<cad record>",4
before first dbpf
after dbpf
after 2nd dbpf
Does anything make sense?
