I understand how hard it is to predict when a product will move from beta
to "real" release, and the fact that just asking the question may well jinx
the whole deal, BUT...

We're trying to plan the work for our next shutdown period which starts at
the end of April.  Is anyone willing to guestimate when 3.13 will be released?
If do, is that a "firm guestimate,"  a "SWAG," or simply a "WAG?"  Any of the
above may be helpfull, as long as we know which it is.

Laboratory policy prohibits us from consulting tea leaves, or casting chicken-
bones......
