'147 cards use the VMEchip, '167 cards have the VMEchip2 which provides
more facilities.
You may be able to get by without changing the '147 BSP itself, you just
need to write some code which stuffs the right values into the VMEchip
registers sometime before iocInit (this will be non-portable code which
will obviously only work on a '147).
