No.
The cross-compiler for vxWorks is still the same binary - so there's no
cross compilation necessary.
The HPUX binaries are upward compatible - 9.0x binaries will run on all
10.x machines. Any 10.x binary will run on the same or higher version of
HPUX. We still have some 9.0x binaries in our global epics/bin/hp700
directory - no problems.
There is a slight difference: Under 9.0x the /bin/sh is *not* POSIX
conformant, under 10.x it is. (If you encounter problems with shell scripts
under 9.0x, use /bin/posix/sh instead.) As EPICS scripting has been moved
to perl, this should not bother you.
