Choose carefully the version of the GNU cross compiler that you use 
on Linux to build C++ object code for vxWorks. My understanding is
that EGCS intends to reduce the entropy in the binary interface used 
by gnu compiled object code with the 3.0 release of gcc/g++, but before 
that they have been churning this interface extensively. 

After I expressed some trepidation about this Kay took the time to 
track down the explicit version that Cygnus is providing to WRS.
