At least to build the gateway, you need casCtx.h and casHdrLargeArray.h
(think I got that one right?).
Looking at src/cas/build/Makefile, did they perhaps get left out?
I added them into the file and rebuilt base, and they got copied into
the destination. Should all the include files be listed, or is there
some subset, or was that a mistake?
Gateway now builds correctly, and looks like it's going.

Well, getting closer, but still a mystery.
For some reason, when I build the system from a blank start (did make
clean before running make), the build dances all around the 'generic'
directory in the src/cas directory, but never enters it, or copies
anything from it into the destination.
Have I made a configure error?????

I actually found a file, in my base source directory, by that name,
but
it didn't get copied into the installation include files. Can I just
copy it over there, or is there something else I also need to do?

I'm trying to compile Gateway 2_0_3_0, but I keep getting a failure
for
casCtx.h when I try to compile.
I've got the 3.14.9 version installed (at least I think so), but the
only file I have in the includes is: casdef.h.
Did I miss something?
