Could it be that 10.30.53.51 localhost.localdomain is the
same computer?
I've seen cases on laptops, trying to access a soft IOC on the
same laptop, where I got multiple responses for the "real" IP
as well as 127.0.0.1.
The workaround was to set EPICS_CA_ADDR_LIST=127.0.0.1,
EPICS_CA_AUTO_ADDR_LIST=NO.
