Actually that's not quite right, the subArray record has been in Base for a
long time but its behavior did change slightly in 3.14.12.
The patch to 3.14.12 was necessary to be able to access arrays with more than
65535 elements, and the fix modified the IOC's CA server code only, not the CA
client code. That means Ritesh you need to make sure that the IOC you're
using was built with a version of Base that has that patch installed, or you
could just upgrade to Base R3.14.12.1 instead.
