The EPICS IDE Plugin is probably not worth installing, I don't know of anybody
who actually uses it. It was written several years by an developer who has
since retired, and as far as I know nobody else has ever looked at his code,
certainly nobody is maintaining it now. It is mostly just a GUI wrapper for
the makeBaseApp.pl script that comes with EPICS Base, and not a comprehensive
one at that.
