You might need many devs according to your OS distribution. For Debian
Wheezy, at least you need the following : aptitude install
libxmlrpc-c++4-dev libxerces-c-dev libcurl3-dev
There are many files you should fix in order to compile without any
errors. Most recently, I made a very *ugly* bash script in order to
reduce my burden for compiling CA classic (I am not sure classic is the
right one). I did write this bash script for all purposes, so just see
where you should fix many source files.
