OK, now I understand what you are asking.
No, what you are trying to do is not currently possible. Right now NDArray attributes are limited to being scalar quantities, not arrays. There has been some talk of adding support for 1-D array attributes to NDArrays, but this is not in the immediate future.

I managed to save others EPICS PVs by configuring the XML files, but for waveforms it didnt work.

Python code?
It is generally possible to collect a waveform record from EPICS and
write it to a NeXus data file with client programs written in various
languages such as C++ or Python.
