FYI, I was just going off of what the Application Developer's Guide says
in section 4.6.13.8, "Specifying shared library version number":
A library version number can be specified when creating a shared
library as follows:
SHRLIB_VERSION += <version>
So, probably that should be changed to just "=" (not "+=")?
