Hi Mark,
Image size is 1936 x 1216, data type is uint16 (~2.3MB). Camera is AlliedVision Manta G-235B, controlled with aravis+aravisGigE. I'm saving some attributes - see the attached XML file. I'm using Single saving mode, saving one image per acquisition at ~10 images per second. It happens quite often, if I leave if running for couple of minutes I get the segfault. I have not yet tried reproducing with simDetector - will do. I'm using HDF5 ver 1.10.1 that comes with ADSupport. The thing is that I have not noticed this problems before, this now happens on a remote machine at an experiment we are conducting. It could be the hardware..
