That's what I had in mind; have a shell script that systemd picks up
inside the service.
Script first calls ipcrm, then exec()'s the procServ with client IOC.

The problem I'm having is that procServ does not exit after child
exits (child is restarted) hence there are not calls to the ipcrm..

Maybe I should feed the shell script to the procServ altogether
instead of trying to do some things in systemd service and only
respawn IOC inside the procServ.
