Looking at this issue on Windows more closely, I see x86_64 in the
filename, cs-studio-4.5.7-win32.win32.x86_64.zip, so I take that to mean
it's built for 64-bit Windows, and since the machine I tried this on is
running 32-bit Windows 7, I'm sure that's why it didn't work. So, my
mistake. (Too bad there's no 32-bit version for Windows.)
The macOS issue remains.
