Hi, Mark!

Thanks for sharing your method.  I'll try that.  I assume you also set
the P and R macros in CSS under Preferences -> CSS Applications ->
Display -> BOY -> OPI Runtime?  (Or one of the methods noted in [1]?)

I was thinking that CSS would be the fastest works-out-of-the-box
solution for areaDetector and plugin displays under Windows, but now
I'm not so sure.  I was trying to avoid compiling medm for Windows and
installing an X11 server on Windows.  But maybe I'm close with CSS, and
if I can accept the inconvenience of not being able to start a display
from the command line, it will still be fine.
