If your boards were assembled in the late 2000's, and are kept in a sealed
or semi-sealed environment, you might take a closer look at the PCBs.
While at NSLS2, we had a batch of mvme3100 boards assembled during that time,
with lead free solder, develop Sulfur Creep Corrosion. This results in
random shorts around the PCB and strange failures.
