I made that pull request because I had the same problem, trying to use
motorOms with RTEMS for several oms boards. While I was at it, I also
fixed all the warnings. You could help by pulling (or cloning) from
https://github.com/bfrk/motorOms and see if that works for you, and
comment on the PR with the results.
